Minimums: In order to be eligible for wholesale pricing, there is a minimum of one case of the item you would like to purchase. If you need smaller quantities, we suggest you buy them directly via our retail site. Restocking Fee: There is now a 15% restocking fee on ALL wholesale orders. For example, if you buy an item wholesale and then after it has been purchased, you wish to void the purchase or send it back because you no longer need the item, you will be charged a 15% fee. Damaged goods: If your order arrives and is damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours or receipt of the parcel, in order for us to arrange for a credit via the courier it was shipped by. If you do not notify us within that timeframe, we will not be able to issue a full refund or exchange. Wholesale Eligibility: Please note that unless you provide us with a Federal Tax Id Number we cannot offer you wholesale pricing. We are sorry but at this time we DO NOT offer wholesale pricing to our customers overseas. Method of Payment: All wholesale orders must now be paid with a bank issued money order, certified check or a bank check. Once the check clears, we will at that time process your order. Please email us the items you wish to order as well as the quantities if you need the item asap. Shipping: We will ship using the least expensive method of shipping. We do not allow pick ups from our warehouse. If you wish for us to use YOUR Fed-Ex or UPS account to ship to you, please include that information with your order, otherwise standard rates will apply.
Animal Rescue/Animal Shelters: We DO provide wholesale pricing to anyone who can verify that they are actively involved in animal rescue work or are buying for a shelter. We will also do our best to provide as many free samples of pet products as we can as they become available. We value the work that you do because we also love animals and know how hard it is.
