• 2 cups of organic chicken, chopped into chunks
• 1 cup minced yams
• 2 Cups of Organic Brown Rice
• 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
• 4 Cups of Organic and Free Range Chicken Stock
• Olive Oil

Directions:

1. In a large pot, sauté garlic and olive oil.
2. Stir in rice, chicken, and chicken stock.
3. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes until rice is cooked.
4. Allow to cool. DO NOT SERVE HOT! This can be prepared ahead of time or frozen.
